Just continue to eat better. More protein would be good, help you build up muscle... [Though what wasn't scarred might have a hard time fitting it. Genetics had a part in how much and how fast someone could bulk up. And Touya's got the shittiest combination of their parents' genetics. So who knows.]
Scars fade and sometimes become indistinguishable from normal skin tissue after enough time. But in your case, that probably won't happen. Still, something needs to be done to protect the vulnerable tissue under the skin. A graft of synthetic skin might work. Tailored to resist heat better than your body can. It's almost possible.
