I See a Red World

Dabi (荼毘 Dabi), real name Toya Todoroki (轟燈矢 Todoroki Tōya), and dubbed Blueflame (蒼炎 Sōen) by the media, is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains and one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, a group of powerful villains aiming to destroy the hero society. While he claims to fight against what he believes to be false heroes--those heroes who are hypocritical and unworthy of their title, who hide and justify all their sins behind their good actions, and use the public's admiration of them to keep it that way--his true nature and ambition is a murderous criminal obsessed with ruining the reputation of his father, the Number 1 hero, Endeavor. Dabi utilizes the powerful Quirk, Blueflame (蒼炎 Sōen), granting him the ability to create and generate large amounts of highly destructive blue fire from his body at will.
