How am I doing with this tragic pyromaniac psycho? Stoic, vengeful, charismatic, driven, violent, and completely mad, for all his straightforward villainy, Dabi is a very complex character. His despicable deeds have empathic reasons behind them and his disastrous history leads into the twisted insanity that drives his obsessive compulsion forward towards his revenge. While his character continues to expand in canon and his history and motives explored, the question of his damnation or redemption remains. Does he deserve vengeance for his past or judgement for his crimes?
