[come on. would you rather them get picked off by some beast for a messy torturous death? that being said, wolf isn't adding the fact that dabi's jam-prompted violence always ends in death. sometimes he's content to just beat the hell out of someone and then leave. and other times he doesn't find the chance to grab someone, so has to vent elsewhere. but he's at least up to 8 when it comes to jam death.

way less than his numbers back home.

and no. raspberries have strangely become an accustomed taste by now. he's rather fond of them. as for the other fruits, well... those took a bit more experimenting with and yeah, he tends to keep them in check. hell if he wants to go around being compelled to tell the truth to people he sees.

oy, he's not an idiot for not realizing the fruit was magical or emotionally-enabling. then again, it's trench. everything you put in your body should be suspect the first time.

unfortunately, this is not one of those first times and touya's risen violence quickly swarms to the forefront. not that he's needed much prompting to be violent towards shouto. charging him across the alleyway, there's clearing an even further unhinged light in the villain's eyes, fully intent on doing his brother some grievous bodily harm. wolf seems similarly disposed towards the same, almost rabid in its approach. odd, since it'd just minutes ago been talking so calmly.

stop!, he says. nah, he's been told to "stop" one too many times in his life and has no intention of listening to that shit anymore!

touya skids to a half as flames belch own around shouto, sending him rocketing into the air. he tilts his head up and back, following the other boy's arc across the sky. for a brief second, he pauses, questioning, and that's all the time shouto needs to pounce on the victim instead. (don't look at the face. kinda pulpy.) touya's eyes narrow at the sudden sweep, grabbing the man he attacked and carrying him off.

... he could chase him. unfortunately the jam also has the heightened sense of making touya's attention span shorter, and it's far easier to explode in anger over shouto escaping than it is to curb the violence and take an extended flight. plus with all the blood around the lumenarium, and touya in this state, his self-preservation instincts strangle him backwards.

instead, an angry shout rages after shouto and a stream of blue fire erupts from the alleyway towards him. but it's only a long-shot flamethrower blast, not taking into account for the guy's trajectory and curve. he'll feel the heat, but it'll miss. leave the entire alley a smoldering sea of blue flames.

at least touya's not following.

... but he might call shouto back in 2 hours or so, if the other doesn't reach out earlier.]
