ya ain't been doin anythin here, shigaraki. the league isn't here, we haven't made any kind of plans or laid any groundwork to create a movement. just been kinda survivin and doin our own things.

now ya suddenly show up and say ya handing me the reins. to what? there's nothin here.

the embers of that potential war exist, but there's not enough strife here to drive that wedge in yet. shit comes along and unifies people for a while. that ain't conducive to civil break.

i tried earlier on to fan those flames and it never took. so i'm not wastin my time until the circumstances are better.
